Are these worth it for the home. Was thinking of installing these to be able to turn the heat down on the boiler and thus save money. My Radiators need replacing anyway as now over 20 years old.

If you have a condensing boiler and you can keep it condensing by keeping the return temperature lower than 55c, then you would save some money on gas. Whether it is enough to justify the cost of the radiator over a more standard type, I don't know.
Since you are replacing anyway, you only need to consider the cost difference between a standard and low surface temp type.0
