IVA sattisfied...what next

Hi we have finally completed our IVA early and received the statement that it has been satisfied. Which I was very relived at. But as soon as the payments and letters went out to all the creditors we started receiving several letters saying thank you for your part payment and basically asking for the rest !!! I phoned several of them up and managed to get them to realise that was all they were entitled to from our IVA and that legally we are not released from our debts to them, the only one still having a problem with is EGG they seem to think they did not receive the letter confirming this release (yet they were able to cash the cheque ok which was sent from our supervisor so how did they associate it with our account if they didn't get the letter in the first place !!!) our IP has been in contact with them and were still waiting for the outcome. the next worry is how do we get companies to update the credit files so that the accounts are now closed so that in 6 years time we are clear. I think I have been very naive in the fact that after the money is sent out all of this would be delt with automatically. how do we get all of this sorted out? are we within our rights to get the credit files corrected to show they are fully satisfied.
thank you in advance sorry for all the rambling on !!!!

Yes you can have your credit score ammended.
Seems like the creditors are desperate in attempts to reclaim there money but now your IVA is set-up you have the Law on your side. Congratu;ations on setting thsi up yourself as companies can do this and charge so much per £ owed for doing exactley the same.
Maybe its the end of the correspondance now with letters being sent " as standard " procedure. If you have phone calls then politely ask them to stop.
