I was intending to bid on a small laptop(chromebook 11ins screen) on Ebay Tesco Outlet.

Postage quoted was £14.01 using Express Delivery (Parcelforce 24) to a N.Ireland Post Code

BUT the outlet offered FREE delivery to any address on mainland using the same service

Anybody tell me why the big difference??

Thank you

I find never putting Northern Ireland in my postal address on Ebay sorts all problems, just use your postcode, never had a problem with any seller and I have bought 100's of items.

Convincing an English seller that Royal Mail is the same price throughout the UK is like :wall:
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:

Thanks Steveymp, BUT I am using my postcode BT23 ***

    It states £14.01:mad:

To test I put in a Bristol post code, then its states free!

Here is the Item in question Stevey

That's a bummer, I would source it elsewhere as i refuse to pay excess postage charges.

If the price is good thou with the £14 postage it may still be a bargain. Have you tried messaging them on Ebay?

We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, due to the high number of emails this seller receives, they aren't able to respond to your specific question right now. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing.

I resent having to pay £14 extra for nothing!
