Today I got 2 letters from Capquest that freaked me out. One was for an amount of £15,756.72 and the other for £9270.10. I checked my experian report and there was nothing on there (in case I had been a victim of identity theft) and the whole thing has left me clueless. I have never owned this much money to anyone ever (i am sure i would remember such big amounts as this!!) and i am not sure what to do. i know i don't owe any money anywhere, it is not on my credit report and i am worried they are going to turn up at the door. they have already called me once today too! I have no idea what this is about and it is making me sick. anyone have any ideas? They have also said they have sent me letters before but i have never seen anything.

You need to find out what the Debit is for?
Only speak to the via letter don't ring them.
if they do come to the door ask who they are and why they are here but don't let them in (Unless you have to) (They might even be from the channel 5 TV Show)0 -
Hi,
Sending the provit letter will throw more light on weather the debt is yours, or not, or if it's a case of fraud.
But that should be your first step to resolving this matter.
