Will VT affect chances of a lease?

Hello,

I've read up on Voluntary terminations and that I am legally entitled to do it. I have however read that finance companies are unlikely to look favorably on future hire purchase applications.

Does the same ring true for a lease given that I cannot hand back back a lease car under the same process?

As long as you have not missed payments and VT'd in accordance with the contract then it shouldnt have nay effect on the next lease you take out.
