Seen a house we like...

Our home has just gone up on the market only a week, so very early days but we've seen a property that's cheaper than our current home and bigger in an ideal location.
We'd hate to miss out on this house, just wondering if there is any way we can secure the new house until ours sells is there some kind of mortgage or equity type arrangement that can be had for this very situation?

Not one that you would like the payment terms on.
Your best options would be to set a very competitive price for your current property.I am a Mortgage Broker

You would make on offer on the house you like and start the ball rolling. If the properties in your area dont stay on the market for long you may get a buyer soon, assuming its priced well.0
