BIG SCREEN TVS FOR TINY PRICES

We're helping fans upgrade their viewing experience this summer by giving away Samsung TVs for the price of their screen size. Prices start at just £40 for a 40" flat screen and go up to a banging 65" for, you guessed it, £65.

https://www.payperinchtv.com

1. SIX SALES
First sale is on Sunday 5th June at 7pm and we’ll do it again every week until the last sale on Wednesday 8th of July.

On sales day, you'll need to fill in a short entry form before you enter the sale (to keep it fair) so try to get on the site early doors.

The form will be ready from 6pm so get one of our reminders.

2. FIVE SIZES
There’s five different screen sizes up for grabs 40", 43", 48", 55" and the 65" whopper.

3. SOLD IN ORDER
We’re flogging our TVs in order from smallest to biggest. When the 40"s are gone, the 43"s will become available and so on.

Not everyone can get one though, because as the screen size increases, the number of TVs decreases. So you've more chance of being faster finger first and nabbing a smaller one but if you hold out you could score an even better bargain.

4. ONE SHOT
You can only click "buy now" once during each sale. So it’s up to you if you step up at 40" or hold out for the 65". There's no going back.

You can hold out as many times as you click but once you click "buy now" you're out of the game. Like a nail biting penalty shootout, you'll either walk off the pitch victorious or unsuccessful.

5. HIT OR MISS
The first people to click "buy now" while the TVs are available will take them home.

Don’t worry if you miss out though, you can have a crack at the next sale.

THE SALES FIXTURES
Sales kick off every Sunday at 7pm with one last mid-week sale, just before the final.

12th June 7pm
19th June 7pm
26th June 7pm
3rd July 7pm
6th July 7pm

This one is news to me! It's more than a little interesting (and I'm still rather sceptical!)...
Will keep an eye out on the 12th, as a 40" Samsung at £40 would be a bit of a bargain! Thanks OP :)

Just passing along the info a friend gave me :)

He won a 55" TV yesterday and credits a fast broadband connection, as other friends he's spoken to either weren't able to get the page to load quick enough or the whole website crashed! It's one per household, so he won't be trying again.

I guess it's a waiting game to see if he gets the TV, but he seems to think it's legit. Carling simply sent him a link to Ebuyer where he could buy the TV for the price given (so even though he won, he wasn't obliged to even buy the TV). He got the link for the website from the Carling Twitter feed, so he figured it was ok. Large companies often run competitions giving away expensive items (for free), so it's plausible, just more risky because of the cost involved I guess.

There are other people on Twitter claiming they've won too. Although there are other people claiming that coders will have cheated to get one.

Oh well, just passing along the info, in case someone might be interested :)

I agree that it all being on the official 'Twitter feed' makes it seem more credible and trustworthy, and something surely would have been said by now if it were all a huge con. Interesting how it works once you 'win', that you're given a link to eBuyer to make the purchase (and don't necessarily even have to, though that would be a shame as it means someone who would have liked one would then miss out). Shame the site doesn't give you details like this, about what the buying process actually is, so thanks for sharing. :)

    In the T&C's found
    https://www.carling.com/terms/pay-per-inch-terms-and-conditions
    It clearly mentions ebuyer.
If you wish to wait until the next screen size becomes available you may choose to click on the ‘hold out’ for the next size button. The individual will see a holding page displayed and a countdown to when the next size Samsung television will been released. As soon as the next screen size is available individuals will see the 'buy now' button appear. If you are successful at purchasing that particular screen size you will be redirected to the Ebuyer payment site where you can complete your purchase.
    1. In order to purchase your Samsung Television you will be required to either login to your existing Ebuyer account or if you are new to Ebuyer provide your personal details and open an Ebuyer account.
    2. Once the Promotion has closed and all Samsung televisions sold a note will be posted on the Promotion website on https://www.payperinch.com communicating that the Promotion is now closed.
    3. Our third party provider Ebuyer shall be responsible for payment, distribution, delivery and after care of your Samsung television purchase.

Also mentions there are 925 TV's in total so not many to go round.
  • I've tried this for the last 2 Sundays now and unless you have the reactions of a fighter pilot you have no chance of winning. Soon as the page refreshed I clicked what I believe to as quick as humanly possible but alas no tv for cheap!

^ Same here. It was my first go today, attempted for the 43". It took me what seemed like 1/10000 of a second to click the Buy button but they had gone; starting to wish I had superfast fibre broadband because that's the only way you'll stand a chance!
