The promoter is Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd trading as Fiat Professional (the “Promoter”). By entering this promotion, you (the “Participant”) agree to these terms and conditions, which will at that time become binding between you and the Promoter. Your participation in the promotion is in consideration for the Promoter allowing you to enter it and giving you the opportunity to win a prize.
The Fiat Professional Win a Van Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to United Kingdom business owner van-users only who satisfy the credit and underwriting criteria of FCA Fleet Services UK Ltd (“participants”), excluding employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.
To enter, participants must visit the website, http://www.tradesmantrials.co.uk submit their business ownership data, address details and select a vehicle from the Fiat Professional range ( Fiorino, Doblo’, Talento, Ducato, Fullback) which their business would like to have use of should they win.
There will be one winner who will receive the use of a Fiat Professional vehicle for a period of 24 months. The vehicles will be provided by FCA Fleet Services UK Ltd on its standard contract hire terms (with full maintenance included), please follow the contact details below for details. The Promoter will be responsible for paying the rentals. The vehicle will be subject to a maximum mileage of 10,000 miles per annum and must be returned to the standard of condition required by FCA Fleet Services UK Ltd. Excess mileage charges will apply if the maximum mileage is exceeded in aggregate over the 24 month hire period. The Promotion opens on 25th April 2016 and closes at 11.59pm on 10th July 2016 (Closing Date).
Any Entry submitted through unconnected third parties is invalid. A syndicated Entry or multiple Entries or script processes or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entry attempts by any other means will not be accepted. Any Entry received via this method will be disqualified and be deemed invalid.
The Winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 30 days of the Closing Date using the contact details provided. If attempts to contact the winner fail, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another name, at random from the entries and to award the prize to the name selected.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes with one of equivalent or greater value.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.
The name and county of residence of the winner will be available after the Closing Date and can be requested in writing to the Promoter marked “Winner List” and specifying to which Promotion the request relates.

All prizes must be taken by the named Winner. The winner may be requested to provide proof of identity, address and driving licence and must have the right to work within the United Kingdom. Failure to do so may result in prize entitlement being withdrawn.
The winner is responsible for any taxation or taxable benefit which the prize may generate.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical problems arising from the use of the Fiat Professional or the Promoter’s Partners’ websites during the Promotion or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention or impersonation, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to: (a) disqualify any individual who interferes with the entry process; or (b) take any action that may be available, including subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name, likeness and story for advertising and publicity purposes without additional consent or remuneration. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Promoter, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Promoter. Any failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising or enforcing, or partial exercise or enforcement of, any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision (or waive any further exercise or enforcement) or any other right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
Your data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd’s privacy policy.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
any postponement or cancellation of the promotion which is beyond its reasonable control; or
any act or default of any third party supplier.
The Promoter may terminate these terms and conditions or any prize if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so, or if any circumstances beyond the Promoter’ reasonable control prevent or restrict the Promoter or any other person or party from providing the prizes or any aspect of the prizes.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or invalid contact data submitted by the Participant.
The terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
