claiming on payment protection policy
My husband has 2 loans and has been unemployed for a year now. He was previously self employed. He has applied for JSA but has been told he is not entitled so I am paying all his loans and other payments. Could he claim on his payment protection policy even though he is not recieveing JSA? What should he do?
