Has the Bank of Scotland issue your annual documents?

It is 2 months since the end of the financial year and BOS still haven't generated my online documents. Other banks did it within days to a few weeks, am I the only one or is BOS slow/late?

2 of mine and 2 of MrsM's 3 were posted on 26 April. Last year we did not receive one of them until July for some reason.

Nope. Last year it was late July, expect similar again. Halifax and BOS are the worst bar none when it comes to this (I bank with many). Others sharing the Lloyds Group systems aren't as bad, Lloyds do it in May, TSB in June. This is annoying because Halifax and BOS hold up my Self Assessment, as I suspect yours. I could go through the detail and calculate it by hand but I want the official number from the document, especially following the muppetry last year when they managed to calculate it incorrectly and issued a correction in October and I had to ammend my SA.

I am one further major T&C change away from dumping either bank.

I found mine in my spam folder as BOS rarely have cause to email me. And then a survey came through.

Got the local Halifax to print them all off - April 13th.
