Mortgage advice needed (Credit report issues)

Hi all,
I am looking to apply for a mortgage within the next year. I although have two issues with my credit report, they are as follows.
1. A Default from Three mobile in 2013 (settled in September 2013)
2. A closed Three mobile account with 4 late payments registered within the last 4 years, the last payment being in June 2015.
I want to purchase a house for around £110,000. I earn £24,000 a year.
I can raise a deposit of 15% and 20% with a push. My question is, will I be able to get a Mortgage now, obviously I understand it has to be through a broker.
If the answer is no, then what other options do I have?

Those two things shouldn't stop you from getting a mortgage approved.
It'd be worth using a broker that handles adverse cases though as you don't want to end up with terrible rate if it's not necessary.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.
