Blue on Blue gets really nasty?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b07gb99n/the-andrew-marr-show-05062016

John Major puts the boot in......utterly false statements about Turkey.........nonsense on slilts ....serially disloyal IDS......pig in a poke..(lies)....and the leave campaign know that...............outside we will become a vastly diminished county......the idea that Gove,Johnson, IDS can be trusted with the NHS is like strusting your pet hamster with a python.......hogwash.....copper-bottomed leave nonsense..........I like Boris ..... court jester.... likeable.......but if he becomes PM he will not have the loyalty of the party..........playing Russion Roulette with ordinary people's futures.........

It is about time people started to listen to such views.

BoJo interviewed as well. But not at the same time.

I just sit back and let them fight amongst the pigeons, I dont bother watching them dust the cobwebs off their past political embarrassments, nor listen to the clap trap they have to say whilst someone turns a key to wind them back up again.

Having already made my decision to leave, I really have no interests in the in-fightings, the what, why or where's, the worry of who might be PM as a result, (we can at least rid them at a GE).

Its bad enough Camecon got in in the first place, but it was worth it to get the Referendum and was the only way to secure getting the Referendum.

I can see why the media and labour find the idea of blue vs blue exciting but I would have thought concentrating on the issue at hand might be more important....
    I think....

Well the first question is how much actual influence does John Major have in the current Tory party ?
I suspect he's been dragged out for two reasons.
    1. More acceptable to the public than some Tories are.
    2. Can attack whoever he wants without upsetting the current cabinet dynamic.

John Major was the wonder boy that signed us up to the ERM and has learnt nothing since.

Major would have more respect if he had also pointed out the blatant lies and scaremongering committed by Remain.

Maybe, but I cannot recall any occasion when when a former PM has been so viscious about members of his own party.

Tories being nasty. Who'd have thought it?

All Tories, and frankly most supporters of other parties, whether enthusiastic or reluctant supporters of their respective sides or indeed still undecided, knew that this issue would divide the Conservatives in at the very least the short term. And yet it seems to have caught everyone by complete surprise that the division has been other than amicable.

I don't think I'm being partisan (either in In/Out or on the Left/Centre/Right spectrum) in saying that as soon as the government came out in favour of remain, things were always going to get unsavoury.
