Spinning Hot Air Brushes

I am thinking about buying a spinning hot air styler eg babyliss big hair.
But are they worth it?. I have viewed mixed reviews on the babyliss one.
On the boots site the one with the best reviews is the john frieda luxurious volume but that particular one doesn't have a spin function just a normal hot air styler.
I want to achieve loose waves in the ends of my hair.
Has anyone had any experience with these? if so please advise thank you.

IME, it's not just creating waves or curls, it's having your hair hold them and their not dropping within minutes or hours of setting them. It's made harder by our humidity levels in the UK which can mean curled hair drops and straightened hair goes back to it's natural kinky self.

I think the only way around that is with heat. And the more heat you use, the more you damage your hair. I think any styler can work but it's about how long it works for and if it doesn't cause too much damage.

I've had the Babyliss for the last two years and it is absolutely wonderful for my thick, shoulder length hair. The style stays put (I don't use any setting agents or hairspray) and gives a 'groomed' look in just a couple of minutes, particularly if you use a normal (non-heated) radial brush to finish off.

I'd never owned anything like this before - just curling tongs, or a hairdryer + styling brush - and wish I'd found it years ago.

    Highly recommended.

Babyliss big hair is great, I would be interested if anyone can tell me if the diamond one is any better?

    Would many people have both?

No but mine has blown up I've had two over the years and thought someone may have replaced theirs with a diamond one, I was thinking of doing this.
