Missed call from Kiss Fm

I discovered today that I had a text and voicemail from a lady named Ali at Kiss FM, saying that she was ringing me with regards to a competition I entered last Friday for £1000.
I rang back and left a message on both numbers that she gave me but no answer, I then rang Kiss FM (Bauer Media). The lady told me that it was an awards evening tonight and no one would be in the office till Monday and to ring back then.
I am hoping and praying I haven't missed out! Has anyone else had any experience with this? x
