Rates creeping up a little??

I'll be looking to re-mortgage, looking at 5 year rates at 60% LTV, COOP was my preferred choice and current lender, they've not moved in ages but I've notice a small increases of about 0.05 to 0.1%, nothing major I agree, but is this a trend? All those looking to lock in, maybe now is the bottom, any other lenders having any movement?

COOP has had well publicised financial troubles. Therefore difficult to read into such small rises whether it's an indication of anything in particular.0
