Additional Borrowing on Mortgage

Hi

I took out a Britannia mortgage out 3 years ago for £150K. Over the 3 years I have managed to get the debt down to £40K

I am in the process of looking at extending my house and wondered what options I have of additional borrowing on my mortgage?

Do I have to go to Britannia for this? Or can I go to any of the lenders? What are my options?

Your options are anyone that lends money on a house.
Depending upon your mortgage there may be an early repayment charge which may not be applicable if Britannia let you take out some or all of the overpayments you made. You'll have to ask them.
