    You might want to read Section 102 and Schedule 54 of the Finance Act 2009. It clearly demonstrates that you're talking rubbish.

    Interest is only paid on early payments for a corporation tax liability.

    No, the clue is in the HMRC's own web pages where, for Income Tax, the keyword is "repayment" - so not applicable in this context.
