IVA Advise

Could you please offer me some advise.

i have been in a DMP for 12 months with CCCS I have missed two payments for one reason or another (basically i am not organised)the time period was over ten years originally and now I cant see the light at the end if the tunnel.

One of my creditors have started charging interest (one of them never stopped!!)

so this means my total debt is now accumalting instread of going down. so i am thinking of going down the IVA route as this will sort it out once and for all.

my wife is inthe very early stages of pregnancy (my first child) and i am suppost to be over the moon but all i can think about is bring a child up when were in serious debt.
