Hi hoping someone can help . I've recieved a letter from a debt recovery company it says that there collecting an unpaid debt on behalf of Santaner for £104.05
I moved a year ago and am pretty sure I settled any balance I owed with them before I did !
I no longer even have the credit card or any paper work related to the card and don't even remember using the card in years . There asking for payment in 7 days .how can I find out any more info if this was actually me ( which I'm pretty sure it wasn't as I hate being in debt so know I would of paid what I owed before the intrest free period ended) any advice would be great thanks

Hi,
Stay off the phone, send the provit letter to them:

That requires them to provide evidence you owe what they allege you owe.
