I am on month 30/60 into IVA (paying £367 p/m) we are putting our house up for sale £159950, outstanding mortgage £118,000, Outstanding 2nd Mortgage £13,200 = total £131,200 - Selling Fees £1,800, Solicitors £600 (approx) = therefore approx - £133,600 to settle all these - Remaining Equity = £26,350 .... providing we get asking price. -
Remaining payments to IVA £11,010 - we have also paid in an additional £1279.85 from PPI claims - effectively payments due total £9730.15
We are looking to go into renting until we are able to get a mortgage again.
??? how much should or could we offer for F & F settlement and be debt free ???

Hi,
That's a difficult question to answer, you will have to be careful what you tell your IP, otherwise they will want the lot.
If they know it's from a house sale, only the full amount will be satisfactory.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
