I have gotten in touch with the solicitors who were dealing with the previous sale and they have confirmed the property is all under 1 freehold with the Land Registry.

    2) There is only 1 meter for the gas and electricity.

    3) The property is jointly owned by xxxxxx and her daughter but if you were to proceed, it will all come under 1 transaction, not 2. This means you will not have to pay 2 sets of stamp duty or legal costs.
