Hi tjete a bit of help needed Iv been offered a house valued at 130 thou for 80 thou
Now not having much money in bank to cover initial % of cost etc etc anyone know a good way and possibly less initial money to lay out

It is yes but not sure how that could work as if I buy the house they surely have nothing to loose
But more to gain if I can't make payments then they get a house worth so much more0
