Transfer of Equity Advice

Afternoon all, I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I'm in the process of re-mortgaging, and as part of that, removing my Mum from the deeds. I have been offered a mortgage, and am now doing the legal bit. I have a load of forms to complete, and would just really appreciate some advice on the most efficient way to get these submitted.

ID1 (my Mum) - I understand this must be overseen by a solicitor, is this correct?
TR1 - both my Mum and I have to sign and return a copy?
RX3 - I'll be honest, I don't really know what this is
SDLT1 - Natwest (new lender) are requesting this, but I have not been sent one by the legal company acting for them

Bit of factual background:
House is is mine and my Mum's names, we are both happy for her to be removed. There will be no monetary transfer.

Any advice very much appreciated.
