Hello! Thanks for your good work peeps, need your guidance please. I am a newbie here, been through the thread for Newbies.

Summary; As a registered keeper, my car was parked on a private side road besides a block of flats where I live, no road marking, not a car park, been parking there a number of times. One fine day, received a letter via post from CPM (UK Car Park Management). Incident Date: 22/04. Letter Issue Date: 26/04

As per suggestion in the newbie thread, as UK CPM is an IPC member, I posted the standard template on 03/05, requesting Letter before Claim.

Received a response from CPM on 26th May, neither any address to Letter before Claim nor any other pertinent requested information as per template.

Letter scans have been uploaded to the following location, as I am a newbie I wont be able to post complete URL;

imgur.com/a/LDUGF

What should I do next? Send a reminder to CPM that I am awaiting Letter before Claim or do nothing?

    You need to remove your name from that picture (and any thing else that allows CPM to identify you eg.photos of your car)!

    (Follow the advice in the newbies FAQ thread on what to do - basically wait and see, and don't send them any more letters requesting a court claim)
  • Thank you Quentin, removed personally identifiable information.

    Will wait and see as per the suggestion. Cheers!

    UKCPM dont do court last time I checked, only time I have ever heard of it was for multiple tickets. They will go through the usual process of sending letters with BIG RED LETTERING and possible Debt Recovery Plus and then itll go quiet I think.
