Thanks for reading, just after some advice really
Been renting a room for 9 years and decided to buy - credit history from a few years ago wasn't great but I've had a mobile contract since then and just had a large increase on my credit card as ive been a lot more sensible.
Got a DIP from Precise to borrow £83,000 on a £108,000 property ( deposit was just over £21,000 )
High rate of 6 percent but the mortgage payment is actually only £15 more a month than I have been paying in rent.
Had to send off ID, 3 months bank statements, credit card statements ( proof of address ) and payslips.
Been in my current role a year, earning a basic salary of £30,000.
Paid the valuation and instructed the solicitors so just waiting, Broker said today ( First Choice Finance ) that they should hear the update anyday now and hopefully get the valuation booked in.
Just wondered looking at the sums, could it all be okay? I know im not borrowing a lot of money, does that help?
Thanks so much
Ben

I use Precise a lot and whilst they are far more meticulous than a High St lender (which is to be expected) I like them.
There's no point in people on here speculating on your chance of success as this will most definitely come down to the finer details (bank statement transactions etc) and how well the broker has packaged your case.
Good luck
