Hi.
We need to take a look at our mortgage options,if any, and will no doubt need specialist advice.
Can I ask if there are any 'preferred' brokers out there we can approach that have good success rates?
Or is Google my friend!

Thanks

Your friends are your best 'friend' here if you can get a recommendation

    Or you can try Google

    or check out unbiased.co.uk

or you can see reviews of businesses on Trustpilot.co.uk

[search 'mortgage', expand full list, and look for stars with dark green backgrounds which indicate strongest reviews]

There are good and bad brokers, there are brokers who specialise in what they do (bad credit/contractors etc etc). It is always worth trying to get a recommendation from friends/family if you can but if not you can look online and just have a chat with them beforehand, see if you like them (it can be a stressful time) and if they sound like they know what they are talking about.
