    There are various calculators on the internet from specific lenders and generic affordability calculators that will give you a detailed answer. Probably better to go try those first.

    Putting your information into the site's own calculator puts you at around £465,000 - £651,000 without any consideration for your outgoings.
  • I recently spoke to a financial advisor friend of mine and asked him the same question. He told me to go to the Halifax Intermediary site, but did warn that it's only a guide. You can input your details and it'll give you a mortgage figure. There's also one on here, but it won't let me post the link, sorry!
