Yes, of course you are correc. Don't know where my brain is today. But if contractual notice is one month and the statutory notice is shorter by a week or more, then there is no entitlement to any normal pay. I can't see anywhere where there OP had stated these things. But I may be just not seeing it. My brain really is pickled today. I broke my ankle a couple of days ago and the drugs are wonderful😃0
