Previous CCJ's

As part of my divorce settlement in 99 my ex-husband and I split the debts that he had accumulated. Due to the divorce and employment circumstances this meant that I couldn't keep up with the payments on my half and three CCJ's were made against me in 99/00 which are being paid off at £1 a month. There was a fourth debt too which although is not a CCJ is also being paid off at £1 a month by agreement.

The approx amount still outstanding on these is around £15,800.

Would these CCJ's be included in the bankruptcy?

Short answer, radar, is yes, these debts WILL be included in your bankruptcy.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Yep I agree. They should all be superceded by the BR order, and the associated debts be included in the bankruptcy.

One on the few circumstances where this may not apply are for the very very few types of debts that can't be included in the BR (a CCJ with respect to arrears of student loan payments for example). I read somewhere (and now can't find it) that the OR can apply to have the terms of these varied if the BR doesn't wipe them out.
CCJ's relating to normal consumer credit/debt should be history after BR.
