As it's free standing surely it came in so can go out the same way? Is it just that the vendor can't be bothered to take it out because it's too expensive to move due to weight ?0

Visited the property today and its comparitavely straight forward to come out, spoke with the vendors son and they are flexible. I've spoke to a specialist today and should be able to get a price in the morning then we can decide on the next stage0
