1. The competition is free to enter and will run from 2nd May until 1st June 2016
2. There will be one overall winner who will receive a prize consisting of a 2-night stay on Bedroam in the grounds of Allerthorpe Lakeland Park
3. The 2-night stay must be on consecutive days, and be taken between June and September2016. Available dates are subject to availability.
4. A minimum occupancy of 6, and maximum of 18 people is required.
5. The 2-night stay includes accommodation on board Bedroam and pitch hire only. No park services and activities are included in the offer.
6. The free hire of Bedroam includes bedding and towels, awning with flooring, and seating.
7. Allerthorpe Lakeland Park rules and conditions apply to all guests
8. The winner will be required to complete a booking form, and be required to supply a 100% refundable security deposit of £500, to be refunded on inspection. This deposit will be required 4 days before date of stay.
9. Cancellation of stay must be made 72 hours before arrival
10. The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Bedroam and Allerthorpe Lakeland Park and partners and families are not permitted to enter.
11. Entry to the competition is by “liking” and “Sharing” the main Bedroam Facebook page
5. The Winner will be chosen by June 6th 2016.
12. The Winner will be announced and contacted on Facebook
13. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering the Competition, the Winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation.
15. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
