Our buyer is having a mortage valuation on our place & I'm worried the neighbours making noise will affect the valuation. Is this the case?

Not unless it's some sort of permanent potentially noisy neighbour (e.g. a pub).0 -
It might not affect the valuation but it'll certainly put off the buyer. If you haven't told the buyer about the noise you really should or you can expect a lot of trouble after they move in.0

No disputes. Its just an old building so the soundproofing is pants! can just hear everyday living noise. We get on well with the neighbors but can grate on you after a while.0
