Free Benefit new release in Elle

In this months Elle magazine (July issue) there is a new release from Benefit's new brow collection - Goof Proof pencil.
I assume it's a mini for the magazine, but worth it for the Benefit or brow lovers!
£4 for Elle , sure to be a sell out!

Official MoneySavingExpert insert Tue 31 May: Benefit has confirmed the ‘free’ Goof Proof brow pencil with Elle magazine will be a 'travel size' version. The full-size pencil will cost £18.50 when it launches on Fri 24 Jun. Also within the July issue of Elle, is a 2for1 brow wax offer which can be used at Benefit brow bars at Debenhams.

I have had no luck finding Elle with the benefit free gift. The shops I have found that have the July Elle on sale have it as a combined mag deal with Cosmopolitain for £4.69 for the 2 mags and no free gift.

Perhaps it is not available in N Ireland?
