I'm the same as fitnessguy1 and I have to go out for my runs on a morning before work, it's hard dragging myself up but soon as I'm up and out then I'm fine. I think for me I set small constant challenges to keep myself motivated and it's now so much part of my routine that I feel worse when I don't exercise.Credit card debt & LBM June 2016 £25,011.12Just because it's stormy now doesn't mean you aren't heading for sunshine0

For me, I pay £38 a month for my gym and that's enough motivation for me. I'd hate to pay that and only go once - that's one very expensive gym session.
So not only do I go to make the most of my membership but I feel and look better for going.0 -
For me, running/working out clears my head and gives me clarity on my day. It wasn't always like that but since pushing myself to train for a HM I suppose the body gets used it (almost like an addiction).0
