As title, do any of you clever people have any hints and tips and recipes? I brought one and it has been sitting gathering dust in my cupboard.
I like a gadget

Last Sunday the shopping channels seemed to be selling these things wall to wall. Thought at the time who'd be silly enough to buy a pressure cooker with added complexity but little extra functionality other than when it goes wrong you have to throw it away?
Anyway apart from hopefully learning a valuable lesson I assume it'll be O.K to use standard pressure cooker recipes. If so I've found some useful tips/recipes here...

instant pot has a Facebook page with recipes that is well worth looking at.
I had to google it (I'd never heard of it!) but it looks good, will have to research more. The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0 -

I think having a pressure cooker that's also a slow cooker is more than "a little extra functionality". Even if you don't use its other functions (I regularly saute in mine), that a good bit of space saved on your kitchen worksurface.0
