Entry is restricted to persons aged 21 or older and resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland who are not employees of Cond! Nast Publications Limited or in any way connected with the promotion. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Halekulani, nor anyone connected with the competition, nor any member of such person's family, is eligible to enter. The organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility to enter. One entry per household. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by 28th July 2016. All travel must be taken by 31st October 2017, subject to availability. Blackout dates are 23rd December 2016 - 2nd January 2017, 29th April - 5th May 2017 and 1st July - 31st August 2017. Travel must start in the UK and the prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used against another holiday, hotel or airline. Both passengers must travel together. The winner must give two months' notice for confirmation of travel dates. All extra incidentals including spa treatments, entrance fees to tourism sites, additional meals, laundry and beverages etc. must be paid for directly by the prizewinner. Transfers to and from the UK departure point, gratuities and personal expenses are not included. Prize is not valid in combination with any other offer or promotion. Travel insurance or any airport fees and taxes are not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the individual passengers to ensure they have travel insurance cover, valid passports and inoculations prior to their journey. Visa applications for entry into countries requiring them for certain passport-holders must be obtained prior to travel. Once the flight tickets are issued, no changes can be made to the booking and no routing charges are permitted. The editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
