London & Country props

Hi
I couldn't find a thread I saw recently about London & Country but I used them last year after finding their details on this site and they were good
I have engaged them again this year as we're moving and I got a deal I am very happy with on the mortgage
the point of this post is the agent Tim Sayers remembered me from last year and we got straight down to business - I had a couple of follow-ups, nothing serious but he got straight on those also
- this process has been v smooth so this is just a mention - I've had a good experience twice now with L&C

Opposite experience here, good when there are no complications (so you might as well sort out your own mortgage) but if you've got varied income and commitments they're completely useless.
Last time I remortgaged I used a local broker with a shop on the high street, much better service and level of competence.0 -
Thank you Tim /friend or family member of Tim. I'm sure you will put the above post on your annual review saying that you are so amazing "strangers" write about you on the Internet........0

My experience was the opposite too. In fact, the AIP was pretty much useless as the broker hadn't checked the max LTV on the house value.0
