Not surprised they have a few refurbs - they are a bit fragile (good sound if/when they work though).

Mind you, if they can refurb them, why are the firmware updates so hard to find?

Dont believe the battery life of these things. Even using duracell I only got just over 2 hours with mine. Tried using rechargables and it went up to 2 and a half.
