I've just looked at my online bankruptcy form and there is a scanned copy of form K22. Can someone tell me what this is for and why land registry are involved?

Have you purchased a house at some point, think its a conveyancing form used by the registry. When you purchase a property Bankruptcy searches are done so maybe your name cropped up. Sorry I dont know too much about this perhaps someone else will know more.2008£3002009£13002010£15002011£41952012£21942013£1494

A form K22 is an acknowledgement of an application to cancel a bankruptcy entry
Our Practice Guide explains how bankruptcy is handled from a registration perspective with the bankrupt's name triggering next steps re someone's land/property
Bankruptcy is based on your name which then triggers notification to the Land Charges Department who then search against the name provided.
If the name (or very similar) are then shown as owning registered land/property then the bankruptcy can be protected on the registered title(s) as appropriate. Hence Land Registry being involved“Official Company Representative

I do not own any property, but was wondering if there is a way to have the k22 entry removed from land registry after the bankruptcy is discharged0
