Grievance appeal HELP

Also in the outcome letter from the grievance it also states that in hindsight the company doctor should have been seen and more meeting should have been held before her dismissal.
This baffled me as it seems to conflict the fact they don't see anything wrong with what happened. It also stated that it was impossible for her to do another role and that a standing desk was never considered. I've told her to appeal and log for mediation with ACAS but would appreciate other people's views and opinions on this. Thanks for all you time from myself and my friend Mrs A.
