Southeastern Penalty Fare help

LR2015
I got fined 20 pounds today for not having a valid ticket. On the ticket I got printed, there is no authorized collector's name on it. There is a code. Example: "Authorized Collector: E20065"
According to this:
ircas .c o .u k /docs/SRA%20-%20Penalty%20Fare%20Rules%202002.pdf[/url]
(Look at section 8.3 a)
"The identity of the authorized collector and the name of the train operator that he or she Is acting for"
There is no name of the authorized collector on the ticket, but there is that code I mentioned above, is that acceptable for the identity of the authorized collector or can I lodge an appeal against this as that would technically make this an invalid penalty fare.
