You don't have to live in Manchester (your work place may have to be there see rules) but you do have to have an office Deliveroo will deliver to.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com and register their details including their workplace address and postcode. Online entry will open on Wednesday 25th May 2016 and close at 16:00 on Monday 30th May 2016.
4. Deliveroo currently only delivers to Central Manchester, entrants must check that their workplace is within the delivery are by entering the postcode online at http://deliveroo.co.uk.
5. The winning entrant will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
5. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted during the Capital Breakfast Show on Tuesday 31st May 2016. The winner will then have breakfast delivered to their workplace that morning.

Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7. Entrants must check that Deliveroo deliver to their workplace by entering their workplace postcode at http://deliveroo.co.uk.
8. Entrant must be available at their workplace at the time of delivery on the morning of Tuesday 31st May 2016.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
10. Deliveroo breakfast delivery by Capital's Wingman to the winners workplace at approx. 9am on Tuesday 31st May, from one of Deliveroo’s partner restaurants Home Sweet Home up to the value of £300.
11. Plus £500 cash prize for the individual entrant, which will be provided as a cheque within 28 days.
12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
