Any Stairclimbers here.
I climb a 14 step to floor stairwell to keep fit and climb stairs at every opportunity. This is very MSE.So who else prefers floors to walking steps.Using Fitbit one to measure progress.:beer:a:beer::beer::money::money::cool::cool::A:A:A

Whilst I do go up and down stairs I don't take any notice of them.
I work on the 2nd floor at work so end up running up and down them few times a day.
I've never been a big fan of counting steps, you know when you haven't done anything and need to do some exercise.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -

Ha ha -- I know what you mean. I could never understand why my sister spent money on gym membership just to use the running machine. You don't need a machine to go running!
But yeah -- I take the stairs at workplaces (not fourteen floors, though -- that's pretty good going). And on the Tube too if it's crowded.
Even more moneysaving, I often cycle rather than drive or take public transport.0 -
I do climb about 3 floors of my office daily twice, instead of using the lift as I don't workout regularly.0
