Advice with HPI

Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

I bought a car on April 16th 2016 and had many problems with it. It's been in the garage since the 12th of May.

I've phoned Black Horse and filed a dispute with them now as I've had the car a month and it's been in the garage 3 weeks of it.

Could anyone tell me where i stand? Do I have rights?

I've never had a car on HPI before the garage phoned me this morning to say the car is ready but i don't want to take the car back and lose any rights i might have.

    If the car is now fixed then collect and enjoy it, unless of course you no longer want the car, but if it has been diagnosed and fully repaired then I am not sure you can reject it. If it is not fixed then reject it immediately and demand a full refund.
