Very silly. Switching a mortgage involves taking a legal charge on the property and lending a huge amount of money. I doubt many lenders are willing to risk rushing that through.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

I have had questions like:
"Are your parents going to live in the house?"
"You must promise to make your parents leave the house."
My solicitor could not believe it either.
Try streamlining that into seven days.0 -
A suggestion made without serious thought. Process could be better. Though is current speed that much of an issue?0

Have the government forgotten the 7 day reflection period brought in under the MCD?
How will a 7 day switch be achieved when that is the full length of the reflection period from offer?
I like the sentiment, but it is mis-placed, not just for this reason.0
