Food Left In Cupboards - Receipe Help

This is what left in my cupboard before I go shopping, but I'm looking to try and use most up in meals to save on money. Any suggestions would be very good.

250g of Basmati Rice (Uncle Benns)
250g of Egg Fried Rice (Tilda)
120g of Mild Curry Batchelors Rice
120g of Chinese Batchelors Rice
1KG Sainsburys Wholebrown Rice
1KG of Spaghetti
2 KG of Pasta (Fusilli)
1 Packet of Pasley Sauce Mix
1Ltr of Rice Milk
454g of Golden Syrup
Veg Stock Cubes
Bag of New Potatoes
Parsley, Basil, Mixed Herbs/Spices (in Jar)
200g Gravy Granules
1 Tin of Beans
1 Tin of Spaghetti
1 Tin of Red Kidney Beans
1 Tin of Cannellini Beans
1 Tin of Plum Jam
Cinamon Sticks
Fridge: Tomato Ketchup & Puree, Butter
Freezer: Assortmen of Frozen Veg (Peas, Beans, Sweetcorn etc), Bernard Matthews Deli Fillets (Chargrilled Chicken), 1 Fillet of Haddock
any good cheap decent meal ideas for the above would be greatly appreciated.

use haddock, parsley sauce, and frozen veg for a fish pie filling, top with sliced and par boiled new potatoes bake till golden
cook lasagne sheets and fill with mixed spicy beans, roll up like canneloni and cover with bechamel sauce made with the milk.
chicken fried rice?
