HELP! Cooking for a family of 5

My parents & sister are coming from South Africa on Tuesday. Thing is that I'm only used to cooking for 2! I need recipes to feed a family of 5 (make that six considering my other half's appetite!)

The meals cannot have any cooked tomatoes/tomato paste. Would also help if they didn't cost too much!
