NCO Arrow - RMA Resolve

Are these the same company or 2? I've been on a DMP since 2012 and this has got just a small amount owing so i just want to clear it (won £500 on a scratch card :D )

Only paperwork i can find is a statement from 2013 with Arrow headed paper and it says to get in touch contact RMA Resolve.

The telephone number don't work 01772 843144

Found another number online 01772 765225 and that one is dead too.

Really confused with this company(s). Anybody know any contact details for them ?

Stop paying them, wait till they write to you.

Was it a debt where a CCA request would apply ?

If so CCA them, keep your winnings !!

Standard practice: do not contact scum by phone. Put everything in writing.

    Hi

I'm not 100% certain but some old forum posts seem to suggest they may be part of the same organisation. Either way, you should do as the others have advised above.
