PayPlan just dumped me!

Thanks for apology. Perhaps being sensitive in the circs. What you said makes sense I just wish PayPlan could have said that and perhaps given us a bit more notice/advice. As I'm sure you know life in debt is difficult enough without the organisation who has been supportive suddenly, and without warning, takes that support away. They should make clear early in the process that this can happen. I think the person who has received the same email I have has taken it very badly (worse than I have and I feel sick and worried). Not a good day!0

Thats it, its all ticking along they've been happy enough taking that small amount for x amount of time. No discussion no more advice (given that they can help with bankruptcy as well) no "we need to change your plan as its not working"
Just "you've 30 days"0 -
Check your email Lenin, they sent it in error0

I have just checked and yes it's been sent 'in error'. What the h............are they doing. They've caused at least two of us unnecessary worry and for what? Let's see what happens next?????????0

I had the same email today, I called and got the same response from them when I questioned it.
I had to hang up as I was in tears and I'm 38 weeks pregnant and just moved on to Mat Pay.
Then I checked my email and it's an 'error' relieved but annoyed 0 -
Glad to hear it was a false alarm, folks, it must be a relief.0

Dear all,
You would have received the second email now (also below) The first email was sent in error. It would be good to speak to you all directly. If you would like me to arrange a call with each of you, please let us know.

Over the next few months we are carrying out an exercise with those clients who are either making nominal payments or whose expected repayment term is very long. The purpose of the exercise is to ensure that your current arrangement is suitable for you and, if not, to suggest another alternative.
Please continue to make your payments in the normal way. Within the next few weeks you will receive another communication providing details of a member of PayPlan staff who you can contact to discuss your situation.
We are very sorry for any concerns that our first e-mail raised. PayPlan’s first concern is now and always will be for our clients.“Official Company Representative

So glad you've had a reply from Payplan. Very upsetting though. Just want to say I was with Payplan for almost 10 years, only recently left as I've gone for bankruptcy, but they were always helpful and supportive, even though my payments decreased rather than increased, when my circumstances worsened.0

I am disgusted to be told that everything will close down in 30 days. I was at work so couldn't ring but will be having a sleepless night tonight and will be ringing them tomorrow.0

Hi payplan rep
I haven't had the second email so does the first email still stand ? I tried to call today after receiving the first email but couldn't get through and haven't had a reply from either my emails or the massage I sent via the payplan website. Is it that all recipient's are not having their dmps cancelled or that only those who have received a second email are not having their dmps cancelled? Many thanks:eek:0
