hi,we have filled in a hard copy of the br forms in pencil and now want to fill it in online,can you post me a link to were the forms are, im also going to post my i+e tommorow for your thoughts thanks everyone. also am i right in thinking that i have to ring the court for a date to file the br forms as the oldham courts sent a leaflet saying i had to turn up between 9 -11 for it to be heard that day, its confusing??

To fill the forms in online you need to go to:
https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv/
and register.
You will need to contact your court to find out when you can petition.
At some courts you can just turn up on the day without an appointment, while at others you must book the appointment weeks (or even months for some) in advance.
